  • The registered owner(s) of the property

  • Whether the property is subject to a mortgage
  • Information about any ‘restrictive covenants’ - conditions that limit certain actions on the land, such as restrictions on building in specific areas.
  • Details of any ‘easements’ - rights allowing one property to benefit from another, such as a right of way.
